Nicholas is an award-winning internal communicator with over a dozen years' internal comms experience, both in the UK and in the Middle East.

His mantra is to 'keep the complex, simple' and this has led to him succeeding in delivering campaigns from business transformations to head office moves to charity rock concerts.

Kevin Coles currently works as a consultant and executive in the digital and payments arenas, often leading or supporting the innovation and strategic agendas in Senior Executive roles.

Kevin takes responsibility for M&A activity, strategy, proposition development and marketing. He has been involved in the cards and payments industry for over 47 years and is highly respected and regarded having been involved in a number of high profile developments and industry deals.

He continues to be a leading innovator in the space and is currently working with a small select number of companies devising payment products and aligned services.

This includes assignments as Specialist Payments Advisor for Lloyds Bank Transaction Banking and a leading UK group designing their Commercial Payments digital and mobile strategies and solutions.

His roles have resulted in him operating in diverse environments including USA, Europe, Caribbean, Africa and Australia.

Roles included Specialist Payments Advisor to Lloyds Transaction banking, interim Head of Business Enterprise for Lloyds Bank, an Associate Advisor to Consult Hyperion, Non Executive Director LFPL and an advisor on a number of M&A opportunities.

In addition he was appointed Executive Chairman of Secure Electrans by private equity firm Calculus Capital in mid 2013. Previous to that he spent a number of years, at senior executive level, developing a series of highly successful products and markets for Barclays Bank both domestically and internationally.

Kevin has also worked on a consultancy basis for Visa and a number of its members including CBA in Australia, Unicredit in Italy, Bank Of Ireland, Allied Irish Bank and Nationwide.

Additionally he has operated in other companies acting mainly as a Business Advisor on specialised deals, strategy and proposition development. He advises Private Equity and Venture Capitalists on projects in the payments arena.

He continues to work on payment solutions that enable secure commerce both in the physical and digital worlds. This includes advising on and developing secure card and electronic payment methods including risk appraisal and review.

He was until March 2018 Executive Chairman of a specialist recruitment business (TPN Recruitment) and until 2016 a NED at a software company specialising in data visualisation, analytics and location based intelligence (Mapcite) for the Financial Services and Insurance industries.

His most recent current NED role is with V9 Group, a Manchester based cloud based payments software group, providing multiple services to SME’s. In addition he has recently competed consultancy work for Starling and Monzo Banks in the UK.

His latest role as a non exec is with Gifted to you helping them develop out a new online saving and payment product for business and consumers.

She has been a SITE member since 1996, and she chaired the Italy Chapter in 2009-2010.

In 2011 she was given, in recognition for holding «the highest standard of excellence in creating or executing motivational events», the SITE Master Motivator Award; in the same year she secured herself the Global Award of the World Travel Market, for her outstanding contribution to the Italian tourism.

In Italy she is known also for her hands-on manual «Ecoeventi», the very only Italian booklet about theories and practices of eco-sustainable incentive trips, conventions, trade fair and team-building meetings. She is Keynote Speaker in Meeting and Incentive Travel Industry Events and Conferences worldwide culminating this year by addressing the Italian Senate on the topic of the Incentive Travel.

The Senate is one of the two houses that make up the Italian Parliament. This was first time that a Business Events association was invited to address the assembly.

As a failed actor, Jilly started her career with design agencies in 2000, working for outsourced new business agency Rainmaker. Here she carved a deep understanding of design and communication excellence, working with several global digital and design agencies including Ogilvy, The Partners, Landor and Conran Design Group.

Fast forward 12 years, 5 agency roles, 2 at a senior level specialising in software design, Jilly set up Bravand. The vision: to develop a new way by which brands and business can solve their problems using technology, whilst talented designers, developers and strategists get to work together on great projects in a fully flexible, fully remote, mutually beneficial way.

Angela retrained in nutrition after 15 years in senior leadership in the IT industry. Having experienced the impact of nutrition on her own health, she developed a strong purpose to help more people benefit from this knowledge. She retrained part time for three years at CNM London, qualifying in 2009.

She ran a busy private nutrition practice in Wimbledon for three years, gaining experience in the practical side of nutrition and what motivates people to make changes.

She specialised in workplace nutrition from 2014, having become aware of the huge 'nutrition gap' and potential for making a difference to organisations and their workforce both in terms of mental and physical health.

Angela has since built a team of workplace wellbeing practitioners including BANT and AfN registered nutritionists as well as mindfulness and mental health specialists.

The company provides workshops on a range of topics with a strong nutrition focus, from healthy meal planning to food for the mind and better sleep.

The SuperWellness Challenge is a longer term programme which has been implemented widely across diverse sectors including finance, media, hospitality, transport and construction.

The programme is among the very first in the UK to deliver an independently reported ROI, through a reduction in sickness absence costs.

At Grass Roots he led and grew the newly formed consumer promotions division from a standing start to billings of in excess of £15m. The division specialized in creating unique leisure and lifestyle based incentive products, propositions and programmes. Achieving an enviable client list along the way that included Club Lloyds, Nationwide Building Society, RAC, Aviva, Nestle, Arla, Coca-Cola Schweppes, Vodafone, VUE Cinemas and McDonald’s restaurants.

Prior to Grass Roots, Bob worked at TMSW as partnership director for McDonald’s restaurants. Where he was part of team that re-launched McDonald’s Monopoly and the start of a 10-year relationship delivering more enthralling and exciting rewards and partners with each new campaign.

In recent years, Bob conceived, developed, built and successfully launched DINE, a challenger brand in the dining club sector. DINE’s founding client was Go Compare for whom they launched the “Why fork out” more campaign.

Having worked across pretty much every sector; finance, telecoms, airlines, travel, retail, automotive, F.M.C.G. and QSR. And in pretty much every agency role from MD, creative director, planning director, partnership director and client services director. Bob now runs his own loyalty shop working with agencies, clients and incentive brands on all things loyalty.
